Hong Kong Visa for Nepali Passport Holders Residing in Australia or Japan – Full Process and Requirements

• Invitation letter (if invited by a host or company in Hong Kong)

All documents must be scanned and uploaded in JPEG, PDF, GIF, PNG, or TIF format, with each file size below 5 MB. Applications are submitted via the Hong Kong Immigration online portal, and an acknowledgement email is generally received within 7 working days. The processing time is approximately 4 weeks, depending on document completeness and verification.

Upon approval, applicants will receive a payment link via email to pay the visa fee (approximately HK$230 – HK$250) through GovHK, FPS, PPS, or credit card. Once payment is made, the applicant can download or print the e-Visa immediately.
