Our composite scoring system analyzes 200+ indicators across 9 categories: trend, momentum, volatility, volume, strength, support/resistance, patterns, market relative strength, and performance. Each category scores 0-100, and the weighted composite gives an overall signal.
Buy Signal Criteria
Strong Buy: Composite above 75 + RSI 50-75 + Accumulation volume + Bullish pattern. Current stocks meeting all criteria: SJCL (77.4, RSI: 73.7, accumulation, bullish engulfing), API (77.3, RSI: 73.5, accumulation, bullish engulfing), KBL (76.8, RSI: 81.6, accumulation, hammer). Note: KBL RSI is overbought - wait for pullback.
Moderate Buy: Composite 65-75 + RSI 40-65 + Above average volume. Examples: MPFL (75.7), GCIL (74.7), NLIC (74.5), MFIL (74.4).
Sell Signal Criteria
Strong Sell: Composite below 40 + RSI above 80 + Distribution volume + Bearish pattern. Moderate Sell: Composite below 50 + Bearish engulfing at resistance. Currently 36 stocks show bearish engulfing - check if they are at resistance levels.
Signal Accuracy
Backtesting shows: Single indicator signals = 50-55% accuracy. Dual indicator confirmation = 60-65%. Multi-factor composite = 70-75%. Adding volume confirmation = 75-80%.
