११ तहको भन्सार दर ७ तहमा सीमित11-Tier Customs Duty Rate Limited to 7 Tiers
काठमाडौं । अर्थमन्त्री डा. स्वर्णिम वाग्लेले विभिन्न ११ तहको भन्सार दरलाई ७ तहमा सीमित गरेको घोषणा गरेका छन् ।
आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८३/८४ को बजेट वक्तव्य वाचन गर्दै अर्थमन्त्री वाग्लेले करको सीमामा व्यापक हेरफेर गरिएको जनाएका हुन् ।
उनले कर पालनमा दण्ड नभई करदातालाई विकासको साझेदार बनाउने नीति सरकारले लिएको बताए ।
यसका साथै उनले विभिन्न ३६० वस्तुमा लाग्दै आएको अन्तःशुल्क खारेज गरिएको समेत घोषणा गरेका छन् ।
Kathmandu — Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has announced that the customs duty rates, previously spread across 11 tiers, have been limited to 7 tiers.
While reading out the budget statement for the upcoming fiscal year 2083/84, Finance Minister Wagle said extensive changes have been made to the tax structure.
He said the government has adopted a policy of treating taxpayers as partners in development rather than penalising them for compliance.
He also announced that the excise duty levied on 360 different goods has been scrapped.
