१२ निर्माण कम्पनी र आपूर्तिकर्ता कालोसूचीमा12 Construction Companies and Suppliers Blacklisted
सरकारले १२ वटा निर्माण कम्पनी तथा आपूर्तिकर्तालाई कालोसूचीमा राखेको छ । सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले असोज ८ गतेको निर्णय अनुसार जारी गरेको सूचनामार्फत यी कम्पनीहरूलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिएको हो।
कार्यालयले जनाएको अनुसार, कालोसूचीमा परेका कम्पनीहरूले अबदेखि सार्वजनिक निकायका कुनै पनि खरिद प्रक्रिया वा ठेक्कामा सहभागी हुन नपाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
अधिकांश कम्पनीहरूलाई १ वर्षभन्दा बढी अवधिका लागि कालोसूचीमा राखिएको कार्यालयको भनाइ छ।
The government has blacklisted 12 construction companies and suppliers. The Public Procurement Monitoring Office announced through a notice that, as per the decision made on Ashoj 8 (September 24, 2025), the blacklist has come into effect from the date of publication.
According to the office, the blacklisted firms are barred from participating in any procurement processes or contracts with public bodies.
Most of these companies have been blacklisted for a period of more than one year, the office further stated.
