१ दर्जन निर्माण कम्पनी कालोसूचीमा12 Construction Companies Blacklisted by Government
सरकारले समयमै काम सम्पन्न नगरेका कारण १ दर्जन निर्माण कम्पनीलाई कालोसूचीमा राख्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद् कार्यालयअन्तर्गतको सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले भदौ २३ गते गरेको निर्णयअनुसार यी कम्पनीलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिएको हो।
विभिन्न निकायबाट प्राप्त सिफारिसका आधारमा यी कम्पनीहरूलाई कालोसूचीमा राखिएको सार्वजनिक खरिद अनुगमन कार्यालयले जनाएको छ।
कालोसूचीमा परेका निर्माण कम्पनीहरूले आज (भदौ २४) देखि लागू हुने गरी १ वर्षदेखि ३ वर्षसम्म कुनै पनि सार्वजनिक निकायको खरिद प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन नपाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
The government has decided to blacklist 12 construction companies for failing to complete their projects on time. The decision was made on Bhadra 23 by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office under the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
According to the office, the companies were blacklisted based on recommendations received from various government bodies.
Effective from today (Bhadra 24), the blacklisted companies will be barred from participating in any public procurement process for a period ranging from one to three years.
