स्वरोजगार लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले आफ्ना नाममा रहेका २०,०४१ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीका लागि खुला गरेका छन्। यसअघि विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनअनुसार ३५ दिने सूचना जारी गरिएको थियो। तर सो अवधिभित्र कुनै पनि निवेदन नआएपछि अब सर्वसाधारणका लागि बिक्री खुला गरिएको हो।
सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा सेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी निवेदन पेश भएपछि आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्दै सेयर बिक्रीको निर्णय गरिएको संस्थाले जनाएको छ। संस्थापक सेयर खरिदका इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूले आवश्यक कागजातसहित बनेपा–५, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकस्थित संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयको प्रशासन विभागमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
बिक्रीमा रहेका सेयरको विवरण
सूचनाअनुसार, बिक्री खुला भएका २०,०४१ कित्ता सेयर निम्न सेयरधनीहरूको नाममा रहेका छन्–
मनोज कुमार सिग्देल – १४,५४१ कित्ता
अनुजा कुमारी भट्टराई – २,५०० कित्ता
अर्चना दुवाडी – ३,००० कित्ता
संस्थाका अनुसार निर्धारित समयसीमाभित्र निवेदन दिने इच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले सेयर खरिदका लागि आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्नुपर्नेछ।
Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced that 20,041 units of promoter shares owned by existing promoters are now open for purchase by the general public. Earlier, in line with Nepal Rastra Bank’s directive, a 35-day notice had been issued to the existing promoter shareholders, giving them priority to purchase the shares. However, since no applications were received within the given period, the shares have now been made available for public purchase.
According to the institution, the promoter shareholders had submitted a request to sell their shares, which was presented at the board meeting. Upon completing the necessary procedures, the board approved the move to initiate the sale process. Interested buyers are required to submit a written application along with necessary documents to the administration department at the central office of the institution located in Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok.
Details of Promoter Shares on Sale
As per the notice, the 20,041 units of promoter shares being offered belong to the following shareholders:
Manoj Kumar Sigdel – 14,541 units
Anuja Kumari Bhattarai – 2,500 units
Archana Duwadi – 3,000 units
The institution has notified that interested individuals must complete the required procedures and submit their applications within the specified timeframe to be eligible for the purchase.
