नेप्सेमा दुई लाख ३५ हजार कित्ता शेयर सूचीकृत235,148 Shares Listed on NEPSE
नेप्से टे«डिङ: शुक्रवार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) मा नेपाल हाइड्रो डेभलोपर लिमिटेडको बोनस शेयर सूचीकृत भएको छ। कम्पनीको २ लाख ३५ हजार १४८ दशमलव ५५ कित्ता बोनस शेयर सूचीकृत भएको हो।
उक्त बोनस शेयर सम्बन्धित शेयरधनीको हितग्राही खातामा आएपछि कारोबार गर्न पाउनेछन्। कम्पनीले गत पुस १२ गते सम्पन्न वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित ७ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर सूचीकृत गराएको हो। यस बोनस शेयरले शेयरधनीहरूलाई थप लाभ दिनेछ।
त्यसैगरी, सो सभाले कर प्रयोजनको लागि शून्य दशमलव ३७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गरेको थियो। यस नगद लाभांशले पनि शेयरधनीहरूलाई अतिरिक्त फाइदा दिनेछ।
नेप्सेमा नेपाल हाइड्रो डेभलोपर लिमिटेडको बोनस शेयर सूचीकृत भएपछि शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो खातामा बोनस शेयर प्राप्त गरेपछि तुरुन्तै कारोबार गर्न पाउनेछन्। यसले कम्पनीको शेयर बजारमा सकरात्मक प्रभाव पार्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।

NEPSE trading : On Friday, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) listed the bonus shares of Nepal Hydro Developer Limited. A total of 235,148.55 bonus shares of the company have been listed.
The bonus shares will be available for trading once they are credited to the respective shareholders' demat accounts. The company listed these 7% bonus shares following approval from the annual general meeting held on Poush 12. This bonus share distribution will provide additional benefits to the shareholders.
Additionally, the same meeting approved the distribution of a 0.37% cash dividend for tax purposes. This cash dividend will also offer extra benefits to the shareholders.
With the listing of Nepal Hydro Developer Limited's bonus shares on NEPSE, shareholders will be able to trade these shares immediately after they are credited to their accounts. This is expected to have a positive impact on the company's stock market performance.
