हिम स्टार उर्जा कम्पनी लिमिटेडको कुल ३७ लाख ३० हजार कित्ता शेयर नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा सूचीकृत भएको छ।
यसअन्तर्गत कम्पनीले सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्री गरेको ११ लाख १९ हजार कित्ता र संस्थापक शेयरधनीको २६ लाख ११ हजार कित्ता शेयर नेप्सेमा सूचीकरण गरिएको हो।
सूचीकृत शेयरको कारोबार आगामी आइतबार, भदौ १५ गतेदेखि शुरु हुने नेप्सेले जनाएको छ। कारोबारको पहिलो दिन प्रतिकित्ता रू. ९९.१७ देखि रू. २९७.५१ सम्मको मूल्य दायरा (ओपनिङ रेञ्ज) तोकिएको छ।
A total of 3.73 million shares of Him Star Urja Company Limited have been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
Out of the total, 1.19 million shares issued to the general public and 2.61 million promoter shares have been officially listed, according to NEPSE.
Trading of the company’s shares will begin from Sunday, Bhadra 15 (September 1, 2025). For the first trading day, NEPSE has set the opening price range between Rs. 99.17 and Rs. 297.51 per share.
