दुई कम्पनीको ३७ लाख ६५ हजार कित्ता बोनस सेयर नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत37.65 Lakh Bonus Shares of Two Companies Listed on NEPSE
दुई कम्पनीको ३७ लाख ६५ हजार कित्ता बोनस सेयर आइतबार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा सूचीकृत भएको छ।
स्टकका अनुसार नेशनल लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको चुक्ता पुँजीको ७.५० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने ८ लाख १३ हजार १५४.६६४ कित्ता सेयर र माउन्टेन इनर्जी नेपाल लिमिटेडको चुक्ता पुँजीको १५ प्रतिशतले हुन आउने २९ लाख ५२ हजार ४०.५० कित्ता बोनस आइतबार नेप्सेमा सेयर सूचीकृत भएको हो।
आइतबार सूचीकृत भएको दुबै कम्पनीको बोनस सेयर सम्बन्धित सेयरधनीको डिम्याट खातामा जम्मा भएपछि धितोपत्रको दोस्रो बजार मार्फत खरिद बिक्री गर्न सक्नेछन्।
A total of 37.65 lakh bonus shares from two companies were listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Sunday.
According to NEPSE, 813,154.664 shares from National Microfinance Financial Institution Limited, equivalent to 7.50% of its paid-up capital, and 2,952,040.50 shares from Mountain Energy Nepal Limited, equivalent to 15% of its paid-up capital, were listed on Sunday.
Once these bonus shares are deposited into the demat accounts of the respective shareholders, they can be traded on the secondary market.
