Agricultural Development Bank Announces Dividend

Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has announced a 10.53% dividend from its profits for the last fiscal year to be distributed to its shareholders.

According to the bank, the declared dividend includes a 3% bonus share and a 7.53% cash dividend. This decision was made during the board of directors' meeting held on Poush 4.

Additionally, the bank has decided to distribute a 6% annual cash dividend on non-redeemable preference share capital.

The declared dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming annual general meeting. The announcement reflects the bank’s commitment to rewarding its shareholders.
