(ALICL) एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले असार २५ गतेदेखि ४२ प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने(ALICL) Asian Life Insurance to Issue 42% Right Shares from Ashadh 25
एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले यही असार २५ गतेदेखि ४२ प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ । कम्पनीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट हाल कायम चुक्तापुँजीको अनुपातमा १ः०.४२ अर्थात् ४२ प्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासनको स्वीकृति पाइसकेको छ ।
यसअनुसार कम्पनीले प्रति कित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा कुल १ करोड ४२ लाख ७९ हजार ३१२.४८ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेको हो ।
हकप्रद शेयरका लागि कम्पनीले जेठ १६ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ, जसअनुसार जेठ १४ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरू मात्र आवेदन दिन योग्य हुनेछन् । आवेदन दिन साउन १३ गते बैंकिङ समयसम्म मात्र समय दिइनेछ ।
हाल कम्पनीको चुक्ता पुँजी ३ अर्ब ३९ करोड ९८ लाख ३६ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ भने हकप्रद बिक्रीपछि पुँजी ४ अर्ब ८२ करोड ७७ लाख ६७ हजार ६४८ रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ ।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासन तथा बिक्री व्यवस्थापनको जिम्मा मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटललाई दिइएको छ ।
Asian Life Insurance Company Limited is set to issue 42% right shares starting from Ashadh 25. The company has already received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue the shares at a 1:0.42 ratio based on its current paid-up capital.
Accordingly, the company will be issuing a total of 14,279,312.48 right shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
For the purpose of this issuance, the company had already conducted its book closure on Jestha 16. Therefore, only shareholders who held shares until Jestha 14 will be eligible to apply for the right shares. The application period will remain open until Shrawan 13 during banking hours.
The company's current paid-up capital stands at NPR 3.39 billion. After the right share issuance, it will increase to NPR 4.82 billion.
Muktinath Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share offering.
