The company will issue a total of 14,279,312.48 units of ordinary shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share. This means shareholders will be entitled to receive 0.42 units of rights shares for every 1 unit they currently hold. The purpose of this issuance is to strengthen the company’s capital base and support future expansion and operational plans.
काठमाडौं । एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले १:०.४२ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्ने भएको छ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट कम्पनीलाई हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशनका लागि आवश्यक स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएको छ।
कम्पनीले जारी पूँजीका आधारमा कुल १ करोड ४२ लाख ७९ हजार ३१२.४८ कित्ता साधारण हकप्रद सेयर प्रतिकित्ता रु. १००/- को दरले निष्काशन गर्न लागेको हो। सो अनुपातअनुसार, प्रत्येक १ कित्ता सेयरमा ०.४२ कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर पाइनेछ।
सेबोनले हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशनका लागि आवश्यक विवरण तथा व्यवस्था सार्वजनिक गर्न कम्पनीलाई स्वीकृति दिएको हो। यसपछि कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्काशन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने छ।
कम्पनीले यो हकप्रदबाट संकलन हुने रकमलाई पूँजी आधार सुदृढीकरण, बीमा सेवा विस्तार तथा आगामी वित्तीय योजना कार्यान्वयनमा प्रयोग गर्ने जनाएको छ।
