नबिल बैंकको ‘७% नबिल डिबेन्चर २०८९’ बाँडफाँट सम्पन्नAllotment Completed for '7% Nabil Debenture 2089' Issued by Nabil Bank
नबिल बैंक लिमिटेडले साउन ६ गतेदेखि १० गतेसम्म निष्कासन गरेको ऋणपत्र ‘७% नबिल डिबेन्चर २०८९’ को बाँडफाँट साउन १५ गते सम्पन्न भएको छ।
बैंकले कुल ३ अर्ब रुपैयाँबराबरको ऋणपत्र प्रतिकित्ता १ हजार रुपैयाँ दरमा ३० लाख कित्ता निष्कासन गरेको थियो। यसमध्ये १८ लाख कित्ता निजी रूपमा, ६० हजार कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई र ११ लाख ४० हजार कित्ता सर्वसाधारणका लागि सार्वजनिक रूपमा बिक्री खुला गरिएको थियो।
बिक्री प्रबन्धक नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडका अनुसार सो अवधिमा रीतपूर्वक आवेदन दिएका लगानीकर्तालाई साउन १५ गते बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो।
Nabil Bank Limited has completed the allotment of its debenture titled ‘7% Nabil Debenture 2089’, which was issued from Shrawan 6 to Shrawan 10.
The bank had issued a total of 3 million units of debentures worth NPR 3 billion, with each debenture priced at NPR 1,000. Of the total issue, 1.8 million units were privately placed, 60,000 units were allocated to mutual funds, and 1.14 million units were offered to the general public.
According to the issue manager, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, the allotment for applicants who submitted their applications within the deadline was completed on Shrawan 15.
