धितोपत्र व्यवसायी नियमावली २०६४ को अनुसूचीमा हेरफेर Amendment of Schedule to Securities Dealers Regulations 2064
नेपाल सरकार, अर्थ मन्त्रालयले धितोपत्र व्यवसायी (धितोपत्र दलाल तथा धितोपत्र व्यापारी) नियमावली, २०६४ को नियम ४३ बमोजिम अनुसूची—१४ मा रहेको धितोपत्र दलाली वापत लिन सक्ने सेवा शुल्कमा हेरफेर गरेको छ। यो हेरफेर २०८१ जेठ १ गतेदेखि लागू हुने जानकारी गराइएको छ।
नयाँ व्यवस्था अनुसार, संगठित संस्थाको शेयरको खरिद तथा बिक्री कारोबारमा धितोपत्र दलाली वापत लिइने सेवा शुल्क यस प्रकार छन्:
1. रु. ५०,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.३६ प्रतिशत
2. रु. ५०,०००।– भन्दा माथि रु. ५,००,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.३३ प्रतिशत
3. रु. ५,००,०००।– भन्दा माथि रु. २०,००,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.३१ प्रतिशत
4. रु. २०,००,०००।– भन्दा माथि रु. १,००,००,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.२७ प्रतिशत
5. रु. १,००,००,०००।– भन्दा माथि जतिसुकैको कारोवारमा – ०.२४ प्रतिशत
यस अघि, सेवा शुल्क निम्नानुसार थियो:
1. रु. ५०,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.४० प्रतिशत
2. रु. ५०,०००।– भन्दा माथि रु. ५,००,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.३७ प्रतिशत
3. रु. ५,००,०००।– भन्दा माथि रु. २०,००,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.३४ प्रतिशत
4. रु. २०,००,०००।– भन्दा माथि रु. १,००,००,०००।– सम्मको कारोवारमा – ०.३० प्रतिशत
5. रु. १,००,००,०००।– भन्दा माथि जतिसुकैको कारोवारमा – ०.२७ प्रतिशत
यस हेरफेरबाट धितोपत्र कारोबारमा लाग्ने शुल्कमा कमी आउनेछ, जसले धितोपत्र बजारलाई थप प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक र आकर्षक बनाउन मद्दत गर्नेछ। सम्बद्ध सबैलाई यसबारे जानकारी गराइन्छ।
The Government of Nepal, Ministry of Finance, has approved the amendment of the service charges listed in Schedule-14 of the Securities Businessperson (Securities Broker and Securities Dealer) Regulation, 2064, under Rule 43. This amendment will be effective from May 15, 2024.
The new service charges for securities brokerage on the purchase and sale transactions of organized institution shares are as follows:
1. For transactions up to NPR 50,000 – 0.36%
2. For transactions above NPR 50,000 and up to NPR 500,000 – 0.33%
3. For transactions above NPR 500,000 and up to NPR 2,000,000 – 0.31%
4. For transactions above NPR 2,000,000 and up to NPR 10,000,000 – 0.27%
5. For transactions above NPR 10,000,000 – 0.24%
Previously, the service charges were:
1. For transactions up to NPR 50,000 – 0.40%
2. For transactions above NPR 50,000 and up to NPR 500,000 – 0.37%
3. For transactions above NPR 500,000 and up to NPR 2,000,000 – 0.34%
4. For transactions above NPR 2,000,000 and up to NPR 10,000,000 – 0.30%
5. For transactions above NPR 10,000,000 – 0.27%
This amendment aims to reduce the service charges on securities transactions, making the securities market more competitive and attractive. All concerned are hereby informed of this amendment.
