अमुदी फुड्स लिमिटेड आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्नेAmudi Foods Limited to Issue IPO
शेयर बजारमा नयाँ कम्पनीहरूको आगमन जारी रहँदा अमुदी फुड्स लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि २० लाख कित्ता साधारण शेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले प्रतिशेयर १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा आईपीओ जारी गर्नका लागि ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडलाई निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकमा नियुक्त गरेको छ।
यस सम्बन्धी सम्झौता सोमबार ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटलको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, नक्सालमा सम्पन्न भएको हो। सम्झौतापत्रमा अमुदी फुड्सका अध्यक्ष अच्युत बस्नेत र ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटलका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत मन्दीप लुइँटेलले हस्ताक्षर गरेका छन्।
अमुदी फुड्सको कर्पोरेट कार्यालय काठमाडौँको कोटेश्वरमा रहेको छ भने यसको उद्योग चितवनको भरतपुरमा अवस्थित छ। कम्पनीले विभिन्न ब्रान्डका स्न्याक्स उत्पादन गर्दै आएको छ र यसमा विभिन्न क्षेत्रका अनुभवी व्यवसायी, उद्योगी तथा शिक्षाविद्हरूको लगानी रहेको छ।
As new companies continue to enter the stock market, Amudi Foods Limited is set to issue 2 million ordinary shares (IPO) to the general public. The company will issue the shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share and has appointed Global IME Capital Limited as the issue and sales manager.
The agreement regarding this appointment was signed on Monday at the central office of Global IME Capital in Naxal. The agreement was signed by Achyut Basnet, Chairman of Amudi Foods, and Mandeep Luintel, Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Capital.
Amudi Foods’ corporate office is located in Koteshwor, Kathmandu, while its manufacturing plant is situated in Bharatpur, Chitwan. The company produces various snack brands and has investments from experienced entrepreneurs, industrialists, and academicians from diverse sectors.
