अपि पावरले दिव्य ज्योति हाइड्रोपावर र मर्स्याङ्गदी बेसी आयोजना एक्वायर गर्योApi Power Acquires Divya Jyoti Hydropower and Marsyangdi Besi Project
अपि पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (API) ले दिव्य ज्योति हाइड्रोपावर प्रा. लि.लाई आधिकारिक रूपमा एक्वायर गरेको छ। यससँगै दिव्य ज्योति हाइड्रोपावरले प्रबर्द्धन गरिरहेको ५० मेगावाट क्षमताको मर्स्याङ्गदी बेसी जलविद्युत आयोजना पनि अब अपि पावरको स्वामित्वमा पुगेको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, दिव्य ज्योति हाइड्रोपावरको आर्थिक तथा प्राविधिक पक्षमा गरिएको मूल्यांकन र छलफलपछि आयोजना निर्माण तथा सञ्चालनका लागि उपयुक्त देखिएपछि सो कम्पनी प्राप्त गर्ने निर्णय गरिएको हो।
यससँगै अपि पावरले दिव्य ज्योति हाइड्रोपावरको सम्पूर्ण शेयर खरिद गरी कम्पनीको व्यवस्थापन पूर्ण रूपमा आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा ल्याउने र सञ्चालन गर्ने निर्णय बैठकमार्फत गरिएको छ।
Api Power Company Limited (API) has officially acquired Divya Jyoti Hydropower Pvt. Ltd. Along with this acquisition, the 50 MW Marsyangdi Besi Hydropower Project, promoted by Divya Jyoti Hydropower, has also come under the ownership of Api Power.
According to the company, after evaluating the financial and technical aspects of Divya Jyoti Hydropower and holding discussions, it was deemed suitable for the construction and operation of the project, leading to the decision to acquire the company.
With this, Api Power will purchase all the shares of Divya Jyoti Hydropower, bringing the company’s management entirely under its ownership and operation.
