अपी पावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको सञ्चित मुनाफाबाट आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गर्ने लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सोमबार बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको ५ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर तथा कर प्रयोजनार्थ ०.२६३२ प्रतिशत नगद गरी कुल ५.२६३२ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
प्रस्तावित लाभांश पारित गर्न कम्पनीले पुस २९ गते २२औँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ। उक्त सभा काठमाडौंको बबरमहलस्थित कार्की ब्यांक्वेटमा बिहान ११ बजेदेखि सुरु हुनेछ। लाभांश तथा साधारण सभा प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले पुस १८ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यस अनुसार पुस १७ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम भएका शेयरधनीहरू मात्रै कम्पनीको लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन योग्य हुनेछन्।
Api Power Company Ltd has announced dividends to its shareholders from the accumulated profits of the previous fiscal year. The company’s board of directors, in its meeting held on Monday, decided to distribute a total dividend of 5.2632 percent, which includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes based on the existing paid-up capital.
To approve the proposed dividend, the company has called its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29. The AGM will be held at Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. For dividend distribution and AGM participation purposes, the company has decided to close its books on Poush 18. Accordingly, only shareholders who hold shares till Poush 17 as per NEPSE records will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the AGM.
