Only shareholders who are registered by today, Monday, October 26, will be eligible to apply for the rights shares.
The company is set to close its book on October 27.
The rights issue, starting from November 11, will be offered at a 10:6.256 ratio.
A total of 9,631,220.22 shares will be issued at a par value of NPR 100 each.
The total amount expected to be raised from this issuance is NPR 963,122,220.
Laxmi Sunrise Capital has been appointed as the issue manager.
The current paid-up capital of the company stands at NPR 1,459,275,790.
After the rights issue, the paid-up capital will increase to NPR 2,422,300,000.

सेयर निष्कासनबाट उठ्ने कुल रकम ९६ करोड ३१ लाख २२ हजार २२ सय रुपैयाँ हुनेछ।
बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी लक्ष्मी सनराईज क्यापिटललाई दिइएको छ।
हालको चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ४५ करोड ९२ लाख ७५ हजार ७९० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ।
हकप्रद सेयर जारी पश्चात् चुक्ता पुँजी बढेर २ अर्ब ४२ करोड २३ लाख रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।
