बरुण हाइड्रोपावरलाई शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्न सेबोनको अनुमतिApproves 100% Rights Share Issuance for Barun Hydropower
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) ले बरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड (BARUN) लाई शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्न अनुमति दिएको छ। बोर्डले जेठ ६ गते उक्त अनुमति दिएको हो।
कम्पनीले १ बराबर १ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्दैछ, जसअनुसार हालका सेयरधनीले प्रत्येक एक सेयरको बदलामा एक सेयर प्राप्त गर्नेछन्। कम्पनीले प्रति कित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा ५३ लाख ५८ हजार १ सय ५० कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशन गर्नेछ, जसको कुल मूल्य रु. ५३ करोड ५८ लाख १५ हजार हुनेछ।
यस हकप्रद सेयर निष्काशनबाट कम्पनीको पुँजी संरचना बलियो बनाउने र आगामी परियोजनाहरूको लागि आर्थिक स्रोत जुटाउने लक्ष्य रहेको छ।
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval to Barun Hydropower Company Limited (BARUN) to issue 100% rights shares. The approval was provided on Jestha 6, 2082, allowing the company to issue rights shares at a 1:1 ratio—one rights share for every share held.
As per the approved plan, the company will issue a total of 5,358,150 units of rights shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share, amounting to a total offering worth Rs. 53.58 crores. This rights issue aims to strengthen the company's capital base and support its future projects.
