आरम्भ चौतारी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड (ACLBSL) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। यो निर्णय मंसिर २५ गते बसेको लघुवित्तको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकमा गरिएको हो। बैठकले लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ र सोही अनुसारको वित्तीय विवरण स्वीकृतीको लागि नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंक पठाउने निर्णय पनि गरिएको छ। गतवर्ष पनि लघुवित्तले लाभांश वितरण गरेको थिएन।
Arambha Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ACLBSL) has announced that it will not distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profits of the previous fiscal year. The decision was made in a meeting of the microfinance's board of directors held on 25th of Mangsir. The board has decided to not distribute any dividend and will send the financial statement for approval to Nepal Rastra Bank accordingly. The microfinance institution had also not distributed any dividend in the previous year.
