अरुण भ्याली हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनीले आगामी कात्तिक १४ गते आफ्नो वार्षिक साधारणसभा डाकेको छ। सभा काठमाडौंको गौशालास्थित होटल क्रिस्टल पशुपतिमा बिहान ११ बजे सुरु हुनेछ। सभाले गत आर्थिक वर्षको नाफाबाट शेयरधनीलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ।
साधारणसभा मिति र स्थान:
कात्तिक १४ गते, होटल क्रिस्टल पशुपति, गौशाला, काठमाडौं।
सभा बिहान ११ बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
लाभांश प्रस्ताव:
सभामा शेयरधनीलाई करसहित ३ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ०.१५७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ।

सञ्चालक समितिको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाबबारे छलफल हुनेछ।

ऋण सम्झौता र कर्पोरेट ग्यारेन्टी:
लिखु खोला जलविद्युत आयोजनाको निर्माणको लागि बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थासँग गरिएको ऋण सम्झौतामा कर्पोरेट ग्यारेन्टी दिने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पारित गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीको नियमावली र प्रबन्धपत्रमा संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने प्रस्ताव पनि छलफल गरिनेछ।
बुक क्लोज मिति:
साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि कात्तिक ५ गते बुक क्लोज गरिनेछ।
कात्तिक ६ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न र सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्।

Arun Valley Hydropower Company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Kartik 14 (October 30). The meeting will take place at Hotel Crystal Pashupati, Gaushala, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM. The AGM will pass a proposal to distribute dividends to shareholders from the previous fiscal year's profit.

Only shareholders who have traded on NEPSE by Kartik 6 (October 22) will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the AGM.
