काठमाडौं — अरुण भ्याली हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनीले आ.व. २०८१ को तेस्रो त्रैमासमा अभूतपूर्व वित्तीय प्रदर्शन गरेको छ। कम्पनीले ३१ चैत २०८१ सम्मको विवरण अनुसार नाफामा ५७ गुना भन्दा बढी वृद्धि गर्दै समग्र लगानीकर्तालाई आश्चर्यचकित तुल्याएको छ।
कम्पनीको शेयर पुँजी १०६ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि भई १८.६८ करोडबाट बढेर ३८.४८ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। साथै, अन्य इक्विटी ४६४ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि भएर ३.६८ करोड पुगेको देखिन्छ। यसले कम्पनीले पूँजी संरचना बलियो बनाएको संकेत गर्छ।
सञ्चालन आम्दानीतर्फ हेर्दा, राजस्व २२८ प्रतिशतले बढेर १.९७ करोड पुगेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको ६० लाखको तुलनामा निकै उल्लेखनीय हो। राजस्व वृद्धिसँगै मूल मुनाफा (Gross Profit) १५.७९ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा ७५२ प्रतिशतले बढी हो।
सकारात्मक पाटो अझ रोचक त तब देखिन्छ जब वित्तीय खर्च (Finance Cost) मा ७९ प्रतिशतको कटौती गरिएको छ। अघिल्लो वर्ष १.४८ करोड खर्च भएकोमा यो वर्ष ३० लाखमा झरेको छ। वित्तीय खर्च घट्नु र आम्दानी बढ्नुको सम्मिश्रित असरले कुल खर्च ५० प्रतिशतले घटाएर १.०९ करोडमा सीमित गरिएको देखिन्छ।
त्यसैले, कम्पनीको शुद्ध नाफा (Profit for the year) अघिल्लो वर्षको ५ लाख ७९ हजारको तुलनामा ५७ गुना बढी भई ३४.१९ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको हो। यो कम्पनीको अब तककै उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन हो।
यसको असर ईपीएस (EPS) मा पनि प्रतिविम्बित भएको छ। अघिल्लो वर्ष ०.४१ रुपैयाँ मात्र रहेको ईपीएस यो वर्ष ११.८५ रुपैयाँमा उक्लिएको छ। नेटवर्थ प्रति सेयर पनि ६ रुपैयाँले बढेर १०९.५६ रुपैयाँमा पुगेको छ।
तर, पीई अनुपात भने अघिल्लो वर्षको ४२०.५८ बाट घटेर २१.०९ मा झरेको छ, जुन बजार मूल्यको तुलनामा कमाई क्षमता अझै आकर्षक रहेको देखाउँछ।
Kathmandu — Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company has shown extraordinary financial performance in the third quarter of FY 2081. According to the data till Chaitra 31, 2081, the company surprised all investors by increasing its profit by more than 57 times.
The company’s share capital increased by 106 percent, rising from 1.86 billion to 3.84 billion rupees. Likewise, other equity increased by 464 percent to 367.88 million rupees. This indicates that the company has strengthened its capital structure.
Looking at operational income, revenue increased by 228 percent to 197.43 million rupees, which is significantly higher compared to 6 million rupees in the previous year. With the increase in revenue, gross profit reached 157.98 million rupees, a 752 percent rise compared to last year.
The positive side is even more interesting when we see that finance cost has been reduced by 79 percent. Last year, it was 14.85 million rupees, now it has dropped to just 3.09 million rupees. With the decrease in finance costs and increase in income, total expenses were reduced by 50 percent, now limited to 109.83 million rupees.
Therefore, the company’s net profit reached 341.90 million rupees, which is more than 57 times higher compared to 579 thousand rupees of the previous year. This is the company’s best performance so far.
This impact is also reflected in the EPS (Earnings Per Share). Last year it was only 0.41 rupees, this year it has climbed to 11.85 rupees. Net worth per share also increased by 6 rupees to reach 109.56 rupees.
However, the PE ratio has dropped from 420.58 last year to 21.09 now, which indicates the company’s earnings capacity is still attractive relative to the market value.
