आशा लघुवित्तको १०% लाभांशलाई राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृति, AGM बाट पारित हुने मार्ग खुल्योAsha Laghubitta Receives NRB Approval for 10% Dividend Proposal
आशा लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले प्रस्ताव गरेको लाभांशलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले स्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकको अनुमतिपछि कम्पनीले आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) मार्फत सो लाभांश पारित गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन सक्ने भएको छ। भने पनि, साधारण सभाको मिति भने अझै तय गरिएको छैन।
कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको कात्तिक २८ गते बसेको बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई कुल १०% लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको थियो। सो लाभांशमध्ये—
९.५% बोनस शेयर
०.५% नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनका लागि)
समावेश छन्।
लाभांश वितरणको आधार भने कम्पनीको ७३ करोड ३० लाख ४६ हजार रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीलाई मानिएको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकको स्वीकृतिपछि अब लाभांश AGM बाट पारित भएपछि मात्र शेयरधनीहरूलाई वितरण गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले चाँडै नै AGM को मिति सार्वजनिक गर्ने जनाएको छ।
Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has received approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) for its proposed dividend distribution. With the central bank’s approval, the company can now move forward to have the dividend officially endorsed through its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The date for the AGM, however, has not yet been finalized.
The company’s Board of Directors, during its meeting held on Kartik 28, decided to distribute a total dividend of 10% from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82. The proposed dividend includes:
9.5% Bonus Shares
0.5% Cash Dividend (for tax purposes)
The dividend calculation is based on the company’s current paid-up capital of Rs. 73 crore 30 lakh 46 thousand. Following NRB’s approval, the dividend will only be distributed after it is endorsed by the AGM.
Asha Laghubitta has stated that the AGM date will be announced soon.
