एशियन कंक्रिटो लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ (प्राथमिक शेयर) जारी गर्ने तयारी अघि बढाएको छ। यसका लागि कम्पनीले आगामी कात्तिक १९ गते साधारण सभा आह्वान गरेको जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको असोज २८ गते बसेको बैठकले नवलपरासीस्थित कम्पनीको कार्यालयमा दिउँसो १२ः३० बजेबाट सभा सुरु गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। सो सभामा प्रिमियम मूल्यमा सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने सम्बन्धी विशेष प्रस्ताव पेस गरिनेछ। साथै, सर्वसाधारणलाई छुट्याइएको शेयरमध्ये सम्बन्धित क्षेत्र र समूहका लगानीकर्तालाई पनि शेयर जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव सभाबाट पारित गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
यस्तै, आईपीओ निष्कासनपछि कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको संरचना परिवर्तन गर्ने र आवश्यक निर्णय तथा कार्य गर्नका लागि सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी प्रदान गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पेश गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
साधारण सभामा गत आर्थिक वर्षको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदन, वित्तीय विवरण लगायतका अन्य साधारण तथा विशेष प्रस्तावहरू पनि पारित गरिने कार्यक्रम रहेको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
Asian Concreto Limited has moved forward with preparations to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public. To approve the IPO proposal, the company has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 19, 2082 (November 4, 2025).
According to the company, the Board of Directors’ meeting held on Ashwin 28 decided to convene the AGM at 12:30 PM at the company’s office in Nawalparasi. The meeting will present a special proposal to issue IPO shares to the general public at a premium price. Additionally, the company will propose to allocate shares to investors from the related sectors and groups from the portion reserved for the general public.
The AGM will also discuss a proposal to restructure the company’s Board of Directors after the IPO issuance and to authorize the board to make necessary decisions and carry out related tasks.
Furthermore, the company stated that the AGM will also endorse the annual report, audit report, and financial statements of the previous fiscal year, along with other general and special resolutions.
