एशियन होटल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो पहिलो वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) मंसिर ३ गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको कार्तिक ११ गते बसेको बैठकले मंसिर ३ गते साधारण सभा गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, सभा काठमाडौंको थापाथलीस्थित कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा बिहान १०:०० बजे आयोजना हुनेछ। सभामा कम्पनीका शेयरधनीहरूले भर्चुअल माध्यमबाट समेत सहभागिता जनाउन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९/८० को सञ्चालक समितिको प्रतिवेदन, सोही अवधिको लेखा परीक्षण प्रतिवेदन, ब्यालेन्ससिट, लाभ–हानि हिसाब तथा अवशिष्ट नाफा विनियोजन प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ। साथै, आगामी आर्थिक वर्षका लागि लेखा परीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने र उनको पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि पेश हुनेछ।
त्यस्तै, विशेष प्रस्तावका रूपमा कम्पनीले जारी र चुक्ता पूँजी वृद्धि गर्न, बोनस सेयर र हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव, कम्पनीको मेमोरण्डम र आर्टिकल अफ असोसिएसन संशोधन गर्ने, र आवश्यक कानुनी प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाउने विषयमा पनि छलफल हुनेछ।
कम्पनीले आफ्ना शेयरधनीहरूलाई साधारण सभामा उपस्थित भई प्रस्तावहरूमा सहभागिता जनाउन अनुरोध गरेको छ। एशियन होटल लिमिटेडले हाल काठमाडौंमा आफ्नो होटल सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छ र निकट भविष्यमा आफ्नो सेवा दायरा थप विस्तार गर्ने तयारीमा रहेको जनाएको छ।
Asian Hotel Limited has announced that its first Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 3rd Mangsir, 2082. The decision was made during a meeting of the company’s Board of Directors held on 11th Kartik, 2082.
According to the company, the AGM will take place at the company’s central office in Thapathali, Kathmandu, starting at 10:00 AM. Shareholders will also have the option to participate in the meeting through a virtual platform.
The agenda of the AGM includes the presentation and approval of the Board of Directors’ report for the fiscal year 2079/80, the audited financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and profit appropriation proposal, and the appointment of an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year along with their remuneration.
Additionally, under special proposals, the company will discuss plans to increase its issued and paid-up capital, issue bonus and right shares, amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, and proceed with related regulatory formalities.
Asian Hotel Limited has invited all its shareholders to actively participate in the AGM and contribute to the discussions and approval of key proposals. The company currently operates its hotel in Kathmandu and has expressed plans to expand its hospitality operations in the near future.
