एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले असार २५ गतेदेखि निष्कासन गरेको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद साउन २० गतेसम्म थपिएको छ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले साउन १३ गतेसम्म मात्र आवेदन दिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरेको थियो। तर निर्धारित अवधिमा पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेपछि बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटलको सिफारिसमा आवेदन म्याद थप गरिएको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृत अनुसार, कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको १ः०.४२ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्काशन गरिरहेको छ। यसअनुसार, कम्पनीले कुल १ करोड ४२ लाख ७९ हजार ३१२.४८ कित्ता शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरमा जारी गरिरहेको छ।
कम्पनीले यस प्रयोजनका लागि जेठ १६ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेकोले, जेठ १४ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरुले मात्र आवेदन दिन पाउने छन्।
हाल एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको चुक्ता पुँजी ३ अर्ब ३९ करोड ९८ लाख ३६ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। हकप्रद शेयर बिक्रीपछि चुक्ता पुँजी ४ अर्ब ८२ करोड ७७ लाख ६७ हजार ६४८ रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।
कम्पनीको हकप्रद निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। लगानीकर्ताले सम्बन्धित स्थानमा गई समयमै आवेदन दिन कम्पनीले आग्रह गरेको छ।
Asian Life Insurance Company Limited has extended the deadline to apply for its ongoing rights offering. Originally, applications were to be accepted only until Tuesday, July 29 (Shrawan 13), but due to insufficient applications, the deadline has been extended to August 4 (Shrawan 20).
The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 42% rights shares at a 1:0.42 ratio of its current paid-up capital. Accordingly, it is offering a total of 14,279,312.48 shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share.
For this purpose, the company had already conducted a book closure on Jestha 16. Only shareholders who held shares until Jestha 14 are eligible to apply for the rights shares.
Currently, the company’s paid-up capital stands at NPR 3.39 billion. After the rights issue, it will increase to NPR 4.82 billion.
Muktinath Capital Limited is the issue and sales manager for this rights offering. The company has urged eligible shareholders to apply within the extended deadline.
