एशियन लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेड ले आफ्नो हकप्रद शेयरमध्ये बाँकी रहेका सेयरहरू बोलकबोल (गोप्य शिल्ड टेन्डर) मार्फत विक्री गर्न लागेको छ।
कम्पनीले १:०.४२ अनुपातमा जारी गरेको हकप्रद शेयरमा पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेपछि संस्थापक समूहका ३०,०३८.५७ कित्ता र सर्वसाधारण समूहका ३,२८,४७३.९१ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट बिक्री गर्ने भएको हो।
यसका लागि आवेदन असोज ५ गतेसम्म माग गरिएको थियो। प्राप्त सबै बोलपत्रहरू असोज १० गते, शुक्रबार बिहान ८ बजे खोलिने भएका छन्। बोलपत्र खोल्ने स्थान मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, नक्साल, काठमाडौं तोकिएको छ।
लगानीकर्ताले बोलपत्र खोलिएको प्रक्रिया प्रत्यक्ष हेर्नका लागि मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडको Facebook Live मार्फत प्रसारण गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।

Asian Life Insurance Company Limited has announced that it will open the bids for its unsold right shares through a sealed-bid (closed tender) process.
The company had earlier issued right shares in the ratio of 1:0.42, but due to insufficient applications, 30,038.57 promoter right shares and 328,473.91 ordinary right shares remain unsubscribed. These shares are now being sold through the auction process.
Applications were invited until Ashwin 5, 2082, and all received bids will be opened on Ashwin 10, 2082 (Friday) at 8:00 AM at the office of Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
To ensure transparency, the company has stated that the bid opening will also be broadcast live via Muktinath Capital’s official Facebook page.
The issue and sales manager for this auction is Muktinath Capital Limited, a subsidiary of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited.
