Atmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) Announces 14.25% Bonus Shares, AGM Scheduled for Baisakh 7

Atmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ANLB) has announced dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit earned in the last fiscal year. The microfinance company has proposed a 14.25 percent bonus share and an additional 0.75 percent cash dividend for tax purposes based on its current paid-up capital. To approve the proposal, the company has called its seventh Annual General Meeting on Baisakh 7, 2083 BS in Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City, which will begin at 11:00 AM. Along with the dividend proposal, the meeting will also endorse proposals including amendments to the memorandum and articles of association, appointment of an auditor, and authorizing the board of directors for necessary changes. The company has also announced a book closure on Chaitra 26 for the AGM and dividend purpose. Accordingly, only the shareholders who hold shares traded up to Chaitra 25 on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) will be eligible to participate in the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
