आँखुखोला जलविद्युत् कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासनका क्रममा बिक्री नभएको १७ लाख ५० हजार २४८ कित्ता साधारण सेयर लिलामीमा बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। असोज ११ गतेदेखि यो सेयरमा मूल्य बढाबढ बोलकबोलमार्फत आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ, जसको आवेदन अवधि असोज २० गतेसम्म कायम हुनेछ।
लिलामी सेयर:
आँखुखोला जलविद्युत् कम्पनीको १७ लाख ५० हजार २४८ कित्ता साधारण सेयर लिलामीमा आउने।
लिलामी प्रक्रिया असोज ११ देखि सुरु, असोज २० गतेसम्म आवेदन दिन सकिने।
मूल्य:
हाल बजारमा कम्पनीको सेयर मूल्य प्रति कित्ता २०७ रुपैयाँ छ।
न्यूनतम १०० कित्ता र अधिकतम सबै कित्ताका लागि आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया:
आवेदनका लागि नबिल इन्भेस्टमेन्ट बैंकिङको नक्साल कार्यालय तथा नबिल बैंकका विभिन्न शाखा कार्यालयहरूबाट फारम उपलब्ध हुनेछ।
फारम प्राप्त गर्न १ सय रुपैयाँ तिर्नुपर्नेछ।
पहिले हिमालय ऊर्जा कम्पनीको सेयर लिलामी:
हिमालय ऊर्जा विकास कम्पनीको १४ लाख ४६ हजार ३५९ कित्ता साधारण सेयर असोज ७ देखि १४ गतेसम्म लिलामीमा बिक्री हुने।
हिमालय ऊर्जाको सेयर मूल्य हाल २२३ रुपैयाँ १० पैसा प्रतिकित्ता रहेको छ।
आँखुखोला जलविद्युत् कम्पनीको लिलामीमा सहभागी हुन चाहने लगानीकर्ताहरूले समयमै आवेदन दिने सुनिश्चित गर्नुपर्नेछ। साथै, पहिले नै लिलामीमा आउने हिमालय ऊर्जा कम्पनीको सेयरमा पनि लगानीकर्ताहरूले ध्यान दिन सक्नेछन्।
Aankhu Khola Hydropower Company is set to auction 1,750,248 unsold ordinary shares from its recent rights issue. The auction will commence on Ashwin 11 (September 27) and will remain open for applications until Ashwin 20 (October 6).

The auction process will begin on Ashwin 11 and applications can be submitted until Ashwin 20.
Price:
The current market price of the company's shares is NPR 207 per share.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 100 shares and up to the maximum available shares.
Application Process:
Application forms will be available at Nabil Investment Banking’s Naxal office and various branches of Nabil Bank.
A fee of NPR 100 will be charged for obtaining the application form.
