आँखुखोला जलविद्युतले अवितरित हकप्रद सेयरको लिलामी बिक्री असोज ११ गतेदेखि खुल्ला गरेको छ। यसअघि कम्पनीले १:१.५० को अनुपातमा १५० प्रतिशतले हुन आउने १ करोड २० लाख कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर साउन २७ देखि भदौ १६ गतेसम्म निष्कासन गरेको थियो। यसमा १ करोड २ लाख ४९ हजार ७ सय ५२ कित्ताको लागि मात्र आवेदन परेकोले बाँकी रहेका १७ लाख ५० हजार २ सय ४८ कित्ता सेयर लिलामीमा आएको हो।

आँखुखोला जलविद्युतको यस लिलामीमा इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १०० रुपैयाँ प्रति कित्ता मूल्य कबुल गरेर आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। सबैभन्दा उच्च मूल्य कबुल गर्नेले सेयर पाउनेछन्। यो लिलामी असोज २० गतेसम्म खुला रहनेछ।
Aankhukhola Hydropower has opened the auction sale of unsubscribed rights shares starting from Ashwin 11 (September 27). Previously, the company had issued 12 million rights shares at a 1:1.50 ratio, equivalent to 150% of the existing shares, from Shrawan 27 (August 11) to Bhadra 16 (September 1). However, only 10,249,752 shares were subscribed, leaving 1,750,248 shares available for auction.
Auction Sale Dates: From Ashwin 11 to Ashwin 20 (September 27 to October 6)

Application Process:
Minimum Application: 100 shares
Maximum Application: All remaining shares
Minimum Price: NPR 100 per share
Share Allocation: Priority will be given to the highest bidders.
Interested investors must bid at a minimum price of NPR 100 per share. The shares will be allotted to those who bid the highest price. This auction will remain open until Ashwin 20 (October 6).
