अभियान लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले मर्जर प्रस्तावसहित वार्षिक साधारणसभा आह्वान गरेको छ । कम्पनीको साधारणसभा यही असार ३० गते मध्यान्ह १२:30 बजे ताम्राकार पार्टी भेन्यु, पनौतीमा बस्नेछ ।
सभामा उपयुक्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थासँग मर्जर प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन आवश्यक सम्पूर्ण कार्य गर्न तथा आवश्यक परेमा प्रबन्धपत्र र नियमावली संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अधिकार दिने प्रस्ताव पेश गरिनेछ ।
यस वर्ष शेयरधनीलाई लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरिएको छ । सभाले अघिल्लो आर्थिक वर्षका सम्पूर्ण वित्तीय विवरणमाथि छलफल गरी पारित गर्नुका साथै चालू आर्थिक वर्षका लागि लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति र निजको पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्नेछ ।
साधारणसभा प्रयोजनार्थ कम्पनीले असार १६ गते १ दिनका लागि बुक क्लोज गर्नेछ । त्यसैले असार १५ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र सभामा भाग लिन सक्नेछन् ।
Abhiyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) along with a merger proposal. The meeting is scheduled for Ashadh 30 at 12:30 PM at Tamrakar Party Venue, Panauti.
The AGM will propose granting authority to the Board of Directors to initiate necessary procedures for a potential merger with a suitable microfinance institution and to amend the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association if required.
The company has decided not to distribute any dividends to shareholders this year. The AGM will also review and approve the financial statements of the previous fiscal year and appoint an auditor for the current fiscal year along with determining their remuneration.
For the purpose of the AGM, the company will close its book on Ashadh 16 for one day. Therefore, only shareholders who hold shares until Ashadh 15 will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
