Balefi Hydropower Limited Announces Book Closure Date for Rights Issue

Balefi Hydropower Limited has set the book closure date for its rights share issuance on Kartik 21. Shareholders who hold shares traded on NEPSE by Kartik 20 will be eligible to apply for the rights offering.

Book Closure Date: The book will be closed on Kartik 21. Shareholders who are on record as of Kartik 20 will have the right to apply for the rights shares.

Rights Issue: The company will issue rights shares in a 1:1 ratio, meaning 1 right share for every 1 existing share, based on its current paid-up capital of NPR 1.827 billion. A total of 18,279,700 rights shares will be issued under this offering.
