Kathmandu — The country is set to witness the formation of a new government today, as Rastriya Swatantra Party leader Balen Shah prepares to take the oath of office as Prime Minister. The swearing-in ceremony will be held at the Presidential Residence, Shital Niwas, where President Ramchandra Paudel will administer the oath of office and secrecy.Prior to the ceremony, Shah will be formally appointed as Prime Minister in accordance with constitutional procedures.
