बन्दीपुर केबलकार एन्ड टुरिजम लिमिटेडले आगामी भदौ ११ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणमा प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (IPO) खुला गर्ने भएको छ। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त कम्पनीले जारी पुँजी २ अर्ब ८३ करोड रुपियाँमध्ये २०.७० प्रतिशत अर्थात् ५८ लाख ६० हजार कित्ता साधारण शेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गर्ने अनुमति पाएको हो।

यसअघि कम्पनीले ५ लाख ६६ हजार कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा र ५ लाख २९ हजार ४०० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको आईपीओ निष्काशन गरिसकेको छ। त्यस्तै २ लाख ६४ हजार कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोष र १ लाख ५८ हजार ८२० कित्ता कर्मचारीलाई सुरक्षित गरेर बाँकी ४३ लाख ४१ हजार ८० कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिनेछ।

लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम २० हजार कित्तासम्म माग गर्न सक्नेछन्। आवेदन दिनुपर्ने अन्तिम मिति भदौ १५ गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ भने सो अवधिभित्र पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेमा अवधि भदौ २५ गतेसम्म लम्बिनेछ।

यस आईपीओको धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नेपाल एसबीआई मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड रहेको छ।

Bandipur Cable Car & Tourism Limited is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the public from Bhadra 11. The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 20.70% of its issued capital, equivalent to 5.86 million ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100 each, from its total issued capital of Rs. 2.83 billion.

Earlier, the company had already allotted 566,000 shares to local residents of the project-affected area and 529,400 shares to Nepalis working abroad. Similarly, 264,000 shares have been reserved for mutual funds and 158,820 shares for employees. The remaining 4.34 million shares will now be issued to the general public.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. The deadline for application is Bhadra 15, which may be extended until Bhadra 25 if sufficient applications are not received within the initial period.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the issue and sales manager for this IPO.
