काठमाण्डौ – बरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्ना बाँकी हकप्रद शेयरहरू बोलकबोल (गोप्य शिल्ड टेन्डर) प्रणालीमार्फत बिक्री गर्न लागेको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि २०८२ साल असार ३१ गतेदेखि साउन ३ गतेसम्म हकप्रद शेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवेदन माग गरेको थियो। तर, सो अवधिभित्र सर्वसाधारण समूहतर्फबाट २ लाख ३८ हजार ४४३ कित्ता शेयरका लागि आवेदन नपरेपछि ती बाँकी शेयरहरू अहिले बोलकबोल प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्री गरिँदैछ।
धितोपत्र निष्कासन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिका, २०७४ को निर्देशन नं. १५ बमोजिम कम्पनीले बोलकबोल आवेदन माग गर्ने सूचना प्रकाशित गरिसकेको छ। इच्छुक व्यक्ति, कम्पनी वा संस्थाहरूले २०८२ असोज २९ गतेदेखि असोज १२ गतेभित्र बोलपत्र पेश गर्न सक्थे।
कम्पनीले प्राप्त भएका सबै बोलपत्रहरू २०८२ असोज २८ गते, मंगलवार बिहान ८ बजे आरबिवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड, टेकु, काठमाडौंमा खोल्ने जनाएको छ। यही दिन सबै उपस्थित प्रतिनिधिहरूको सामुन्ने बोलपत्रहरू खोली विजेता तय गरिनेछ।

Barun Hydropower Company Limited has announced the opening of sealed bids (auction) for its remaining right shares. Earlier, the company had opened the right share issue from 31st Ashadh 2082 to 3rd Shrawan 2082, but 238,443 units of shares remained unsubscribed under the public category. Therefore, in accordance with Clause No. 15 of the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, 2074, the company decided to sell these unsold shares through an open bidding (sealed tender) process.
Interested individuals, companies, and institutions were invited to submit their bids between 29th Bhadra 2082 and 12th Ashwin 2082. The company has now scheduled the bid opening ceremony for Tuesday, 28th Ashwin 2082 (October 14, 2025) at 8:00 AM at RBB Merchant Banking Limited, Teku, Kathmandu.
All received bids will be opened in the presence of representatives and concerned parties, and the winning bidders will be announced thereafter.
