वरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि बाँकी रहेका २ लाख ३८ हजार ४४३ कित्ता हकप्रद सेयरको लिलामी बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि भदौ २९ गतेदेखि असोज १२ गतेसम्म गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमार्फत आवेदन माग गरेको थियो।

आरविवि मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडका अनुसार, प्राप्त बोलपत्रहरू असोज २८ गते खोलेर कात्तिक २ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको हो। लिलामीको अन्तिम (कट–अफ) मूल्य प्रति सेयर रु. १८४.६० निर्धारण गरिएको छ।

उक्त मूल्यमा आवेदन दिने लगानीकर्ताहरूलाई सापेक्षिक भारका आधारमा समानुपातिक रूपमा सेयर बाँडफाँड गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। बाँडफाँडमा नपरेका आवेदकहरूको रकम भने भोलिदेखि (कात्तिक १२ गतेदेखि) कनेक्ट आईपीएसमार्फत सम्बन्धित बैंक खातामा फिर्ता गरिने जानकारी कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक गरेको छ।

वरुण हाइड्रोपावरले यसअघि निष्काशन गरेको हकप्रद सेयरमा सबै आवेदन नपरेपछि बाँकी सेयरहरू लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री गरिएको हो।

Barun Hydropower Company Limited has completed the auction allotment of 238,443 units of unsold right shares under the general public category. The company had invited applications for the auction through a sealed bidding process from Bhadra 29 to Ashwin 12, 2082.

According to RBB Merchant Banking Limited, the received bids were opened on Ashwin 28 and the share allotment was completed on Kartik 2. The final (cut-off) price for the auctioned shares was determined at Rs. 184.60 per share.

Investors who placed bids at or above the cut-off price were allotted shares proportionally based on a relative weighting method, while those who did not receive any shares will have their refunds processed through Connect IPS starting Kartik 12, 2082 (tomorrow), directly to their respective bank accounts.

Barun Hydropower had opted for the auction route after some portion of its right shares remained unsubscribed during the earlier issuance period.
