वरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले अवितरित हकप्रद सेयर लिलाम बढाबढमार्फत बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले भदौ २९ गतेदेखि लिलामी बिक्री प्रक्रिया सुरु गर्ने जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीले यसअघि गत असार ३१ गतेदेखि भदौ ३ गतेसम्म १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर निष्कासन गरेको थियो। सो क्रममा बिक्री नभएका २ लाख ३८ हजार ४४३ कित्ता सेयर अब लिलामीमार्फत बिक्रीमा ल्याउन लागिएको हो।
उक्त सेयर खरिदका लागि जो–कोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी वा संघ–संस्था सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। इच्छुकले असोज १२ गतेभित्र गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्नुपर्ने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
शेयरको न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। लगानीकर्ताले बोलपत्र पेश गर्दा कम्तीमा १०० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम सम्पूर्ण कित्तासम्म माग गर्न पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
लिलामी आवेदन फाराम आरबीबी मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङबाट प्राप्त गर्न सकिनेछ। साथै, राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंकका विभिन्न शाखा कार्यालयहरू — वीरगन्ज, जनकपुर, नारायणगढ, बागलुङ, बुटवल, नेपालगन्ज, वीरेन्द्रनगर, धनगढी, बिर्तामोड, हेटौंडा, तुल्सीपुर, महेन्द्रनगर, संखुवासभाको चैनपुर र खाँदबारी तथा धरानमा पनि आवेदन दिन सकिनेछ।
Kathmandu — Barun Hydropower Company Limited has announced that it will auction its unsold rights shares through a sealed-bid process starting September 14 (Bhadra 29).
The company had earlier issued rights shares at a 1:1 ratio from July 15 (Ashadh 31) to August 19 (Bhadra 3). Out of the total issue, 238,443 units remained unsubscribed, which will now be put up for auction.
The auction is open to individuals, companies, and institutions. Interested bidders must submit their sealed bid applications by September 28 (Ashoj 12). The minimum price has been set at Rs. 100 per share, with investors allowed to bid for at least 100 units and up to the entire lot.
Application forms will be available at RBB Merchant Banking and can also be submitted at various branches of Rastriya Banijya Bank across the country, including Birgunj, Janakpur, Narayangadh, Baglung, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Birendranagar, Dhangadhi, Birtamod, Hetauda, Tulsipur, Mahendranagar, Chainpur and Khandbari (Sankhuwasabha), and Dharan.
