वरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले शतप्रतिशत हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासनको तयारी गरेको छ। कम्पनीले हकप्रद निष्कासन प्रयोजनार्थ यही जेठ २२ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार जेठ २१ गतेसम्म शेयरधनी कायम हुनेहरुले मात्र हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
हालसम्म हकप्रद निष्कासनको मिति तोकिएको छैन, तर कम्पनीले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) बाट प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यमा १:१ अनुपातमा ५३ लाख ५८ हजार १५० कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरिसकेको छ।
यसपछि कम्पनीले सम्बन्धित प्रक्रियाहरू पूरा गरी तोकिएको मितिमा हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्नेछ।
लगानीकर्ताहरूले समयमै बुक क्लोजअघि शेयर खरिद गरी हकप्रदको अवसर लिन सक्नेछन्।
Barun Hydropower Company Limited has announced the book closure date for its upcoming rights share issuance. The company has set Jestha 22 (June 4) as the book closure date for the purpose of issuing rights shares.
Only shareholders who hold shares till Jestha 21 (June 3) will be eligible to apply for the rights shares.
Although the exact date for the issuance has not been fixed yet, the company has already received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 5,358,150 units of rights shares in a 1:1 ratio at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
Following the necessary procedures, the company will announce the issuance date and proceed accordingly.
Investors interested in acquiring rights shares must ensure their names are listed in the shareholder register by the book closure date.
