भगवती हाइड्रोपावर र सानिमा बैंकको वार्षिक साधारण सभा आजBhagawati Hydropower and Sanima Bank Hold Their Annual General Meetings Today
आज भगवती हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी लमिटेड र सानिमा बैंक लिमिटेड — दुबैको वार्षिक साधारण सभा बस्दैछ। भगवती हाइड्रोपावरको २५औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा आज बिहान ११:०० बजे पोखराको आव्या क्लब, घारीपाटनमा सुरु हुँदैछ। सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को मुनाफाबाट १४ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ६ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ।
यससँगै, कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षण प्रतिवेदनसहितको वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब र नगद प्रवाह विवरण स्वीकृत गर्ने, साथै आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षकको नियुक्ति र पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्तावमा छलफल हुनेछ।
साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले असोज २१ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको थियो, जसअनुसार असोज २० गतेसम्मका शेयरधनीहरू लाभांशका हकदार रहेका छन्।
सानिमा बैंकको २१औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा आज बिहान १०:०० बजे काठमाडौंको आम्रपाली बैंक्वेट, भाटभटेनीमा हुँदैछ। सभामा बैंकले ७.३६८५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ। साथै, बैंकले रु २ अर्ब बराबरको ८.२५ प्रतिशत सानिमा अबिमोच्य असञ्चिति अग्राधिकार शेयर (रु १०० अंकित मूल्यमा) जारी गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पेस गर्नेछ।
सभाले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को सञ्चालक समितिको वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहितको वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान विवरण, नगद प्रवाह विवरण तथा सानिमा क्यापिटल र सानिमा सेक्युरिटिजको एकीकृत वित्तीय विवरण छलफल गरी पारित गर्नेछ।
बैंकले साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि असोज २७ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको थियो, जसअनुसार असोज २६ गतेसम्मका शेयरधनीहरू लाभांशका हकदार छन्।
Today, Kartik 2 (Sunday), two major institutions — Bhagawati Hydropower Development Company Limited and Sanima Bank Limited — are holding their respective Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
Bhagawati Hydropower’s 25th AGM is being held today at Aabya Club, Gharipatan, Pokhara, starting from 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse the proposal to distribute 14% bonus shares and 6% cash dividend (including tax) from the profit of the fiscal year 2081/82.
Additionally, the meeting will discuss and approve the Board of Directors’ annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement. It will also appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determine remuneration.
For this purpose, the company had announced a book closure on Ashoj 21, making shareholders who held shares till Ashoj 20 eligible for dividends and AGM participation.
Sanima Bank’s 21st AGM is taking place today at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting from 10:00 AM.
The meeting will approve the distribution of a 7.3685% cash dividend (including tax) from the profit of FY 2081/82.
In addition, the AGM will approve the issuance of 8.25% Sanima non-convertible debenture (irredeemable preference shares) worth NPR 2 billion (at NPR 100 per share).
The meeting will also discuss and pass the annual report, auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and consolidated financial report of Sanima Capital and Sanima Securities.
For this purpose, Sanima Bank had closed its book on Ashoj 27, making shareholders who held shares till Ashoj 26 eligible for dividends.
