लक-ईन (Lock-In) अवधि समाप्त हुन सम्बन्धी सूचना
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या ८०/८१ चलानी नं. १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्रबाट लक-ईन अवधि समाप्त हुनुभन्दा ३० दिन अगावै सो सम्बन्धमा सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्नुपर्ने निर्देशन भए बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको कुल शेयर कित्ता मध्ये तपसिलमा उल्लेखित शेयरहरुको मिति २०८३/०१/१७ गते पश्चात् लक-ईन अवधि समाप्त हुने हुँदा संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु, आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दाहरु, कर्मचारीहरु तथा नियामक निकाय लगायत सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

नोट: संचालकहरु तथा कम्पनीका उच्च व्यवस्थापकीय पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुको हकमा नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का रहने छ।
Notice regarding the expiry of the Lock-In period
As per the letter number ८०/८१, dispatch number १५२३, dated २०८०/०८/२५ from Nepal Securities Board, which directs to publish a public notice regarding the expiry of the lock-in period 30 days prior to its completion, this notice is published for the information of all stakeholders including promoter shareholders, local residents of the project affected area, employees, and regulatory bodies, as the lock-in period for the shares mentioned in the table below, out of the total shares of this company, will expire after २०८३/०१/१७.
