विकास हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले भोलि असार १८ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपिओ) निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले यसअघि आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दा र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई छुट्टै चरणमा आईपीओ बाँडफाँड गरिसकेको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृति पाएअनुसार कम्पनीले कुल जारी पूँजीको ५९ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ४४ लाख ५४ हजार ५९६ कित्ता शेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो। यसमध्ये ९ लाख ९ हजार १०१ कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीयहरूलाई र ३ लाख ५४ हजार ५५० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई बाँडफाँड भइसकेको छ।
अब बाँकी रहेको आईपीओमध्ये १ लाख ७७ हजार २७५ कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोष र ७० हजार ९१० कित्ता कर्मचारीहरूलाई सुरक्षित गरिएको छ। बाँकी २९ लाख ४२ हजार ७६० कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिनेछ।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। यो आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने अन्तिम म्याद छिटोमा असार २२ गतेसम्म र बढीमा असार ३२ गतेसम्म हुनेछ।
आवेदन प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, सी-आस्बा सदस्य बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, तिनका शाखा तथा मेरो शेयर एपमार्फत गर्न सकिनेछ।
Bikash Hydropower Company Limited is opening its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public from July 2, 2025 (Ashad 18, 2082). The company has already completed the allotment process for project-affected locals and Nepali citizens working abroad in earlier phases.
Out of the total 44,54,596 shares approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), 9,09,101 shares were allotted to locals and 3,54,550 to migrant workers. Now, 1,77,275 shares have been reserved for mutual funds and 70,910 shares for company employees. The remaining 29,42,760 shares are now being issued to the general public at a par value of NPR 100 each.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and up to 10,000 shares. The IPO application period will close on Ashad 22 (July 6, 2025) if fully subscribed early, or may extend up to Ashad 32 (July 16, 2025) if necessary.
Applications can be submitted via Prabhu Capital Limited, any C-ASBA member banks and financial institutions, or through the Mero Share portal.
