नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) मा डिप्रोक्स लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था र साल्ट ट्रेडिङ कर्पोरेसनको बोनस सेयर सूचीकरण गरिएको छ। डिप्रोक्स लघुवित्तको १५ लाख ५१ हजार ०८८.१६ कित्ता बोनस सेयर सूचीकरण गरिएको हो। यस संस्थाले गत वर्षको नाफाबाट सेयरधनीलाई १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गरेको थियो।
त्यसैगरी, साल्ट ट्रेडिङ कर्पोरेसनको ४ लाख १८ हजार ३२६.४६ कित्ता बोनस सेयर सूचीकरण गरिएको छ। यसले सेयरधनीलाई गत वर्षको नाफाबाट १५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर वितरण गरेको थियो।
बोनस सेयरको विवरण
उक्त बोनस सेयरहरू डिम्याट खातामा जम्मा भएपछि कारोबार गर्न सकिनेछ।
यस सूचीकरणले सेयरधनीहरूलाई यी सेयरहरूको कारोबार गर्न अनुमति दिन्छ र कम्पनीहरूको आफ्ना लगानीकर्तालाई पुरस्कृत गर्ने प्रतिबद्धता दर्शाउँछ।
The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed the bonus shares of Diprox Microfinance Financial Institution and Salt Trading Corporation. Diprox Microfinance has listed 1,551,088.16 bonus shares. The institution distributed a 10% bonus share to its shareholders from last year's profit.
Similarly, Salt Trading Corporation has listed 418,326.46 bonus shares. The company distributed a 15% bonus share to its shareholders from last year's profit, and these shares have now been listed.
Bonus Share Details
Once these bonus shares are credited to the respective Demat accounts, they will be available for trading.
This listing allows shareholders to transact these shares and reflects the companies' commitment to rewarding their investors.
