बोटलर्स नेपाल र बोटलर्स नेपाल (तराई) ले २०८१/८२ मा लाभांश नदिने निर्णयBottlers Nepal and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Announce No Dividend for FY 2081/82
बोटलर्स नेपाल लिमिटेड र बोटलर्स नेपाल (तराई) लिमिटेडले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि सेयरधनीहरूलाई कुनै पनि प्रकारको लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने घोषणा गरेका छन्। दुवै कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठक २०२५ नोभेम्बर २६ (मंसिर १०) मा बसेर लाभांश नदिने निर्णय गरेको हो।
दुवै कम्पनीले धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निर्गमन नियमावली, २०७३ को नियम २६(५) तथा धितोपत्र सूचिकरण उपनियम, २०७६ को दफा २२(घ) अनुसार औपचारिक सूचना जारी गर्दै सेयरधनीहरूलाई जानकारी गराएका छन्।
कम्पनीका अनुसार २०८२ असार ३२ मा अन्त्य भएको आर्थिक वर्षका लागि लाभांश रोक्दा कम्पनीको दीर्घकालीन स्थिरता, मुख्य कारोबारमा पुनर्बिनियोजन, तथा आगामी वर्षहरूमा दिगो वृद्धि सुनिश्चित गर्न मद्दत पुग्ने निष्कर्ष सञ्चालक समितिले निकालेको छ। लाभांश नदिँदा कम्पनीहरूले वित्तीय आधार थप मजबुत बनाइ आगामी विस्तार योजनामा ध्यान केन्द्रित गर्न सकिने समेत बताइएको छ।
यससँगै दुवै कम्पनीले पुस ११ गते बुक–क्लोजर मिति तय गरेका छन्। सो दिनसम्म नाम दर्ता भएका सेयरधनीहरूले आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन पाउनेछन्, तर यस वर्ष कुनै लाभांश प्राप्त हुने छैन।
Bottlers Nepal Limited and Bottlers Nepal (Terai) Limited have announced that they will not be distributing any dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during separate meetings of their respective Boards of Directors held on 26th November 2025 (Mangsir 10).
Both companies issued official notices in accordance with Rule 26(5) of the Securities Registration and Issue Regulation, 2016, and Clause 22(d) of the Securities Enlisting Bylaws, 2019, formally informing shareholders of the decision.
According to the statements, the Boards concluded that withholding dividends for the fiscal year ending Ashad 32, 2082 would support the companies’ long-term financial stability. The decision is aimed at strengthening internal capital, reinvesting in core operations, and positioning the companies for sustainable future growth.
The companies have also set Poush 11 as the book-closure date. Shareholders who maintain ownership on that day will be eligible to attend the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), although no dividend will be distributed for this fiscal year.
