बोटलर्स नेपाल लिमिटेड (Coca-Cola Bottlers Nepal Ltd.) ले कम्पनीमा नयाँ स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालकको रूपमा श्री सिद्धान्त राज पाण्डेलाई नियुक्त गरेको छ। कम्पनीले अक्टोबर ८, २०२५ (२०८२ असोज २२ गते) बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले पाण्डेको नियुक्ति गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनी सचिव विश्व प्रकाश पौडेलद्वारा हस्ताक्षरित सूचनाअनुसार, पाण्डेको कार्यकाल सन् २०२६ जनवरी १ तारिखदेखि लागू हुने जनाएको छ। उनी कम्पनीका पूर्व स्वतन्त्र सञ्चालक किशोर कुमार महर्जनको स्थानमा नियुक्त भएका हुन्।
यो नियुक्ति सिक्युरिटीज दर्ता तथा निर्गम नियमावली, २०७३ को नियम २६(५) र सिक्युरिटीज सूचीकरण उपनियम, २०७५ को नियम २२(१)(झ) बमोजिम गरिएको हो। कम्पनीले सो जानकारी नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड, नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से), र CDS एण्ड क्लियरिङ लिमिटेडलाई औपचारिक रूपमा पठाएको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार, पाण्डेको आगमनले कम्पनीको सुशासन, पारदर्शिता र रणनीतिक निर्णयमा नयाँ ऊर्जा थप्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Bottlers Nepal Limited, the authorized bottler of The Coca-Cola Company in Nepal, has announced the appointment of Mr. Siddhant Raj Pandey as its new Independent Director. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on October 8, 2025 (Ashwin 22, 2082).
According to an official notice signed by Mr. Bishwa Prakash Poudel, Company Secretary of Bottlers Nepal, Mr. Pandey’s appointment will take effect from January 1, 2026. He succeeds Mr. Kishore Kumar Maharjan, who previously served as the company’s independent director.
The appointment has been made in accordance with Rule 26(5) of the Securities Registration and Issue Regulation, 2073, and Rule 22(1)(Ja) of the Securities Enlisting Bylaws, 2075. The company has formally informed the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), and CDS & Clearing Limited regarding this appointment.
The company expressed that Mr. Pandey’s inclusion on the board is expected to strengthen corporate governance, transparency, and strategic decision-making within the organization.
