बुद्धभूमि नेपाल हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडको १ : १ को अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयरहरु बिक्री खुल्ला गरी आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा जम्मा ४,७४,६९६ कित्ता शेयरहरुका लागि आवेदन नपरेकाले प्रचलित कानून तथा धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँड निर्देशिका, २०७४ को निर्देशन नं. १५ समेतको प्रावधानलाई आधार मानी उक्त शेयरहरु बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाद्वारा बिक्री गर्न मिति २०८३/०२/२१ गतेदेखि मिति २०८३/०२/२९ गतेसम्म आवेदन माग गरिएकोमा सो अवधिभित्र सम्बन्धित संकलन केन्द्रहरुबाट प्राप्त भएका शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रहरु बिक्री प्रबन्धकः एन आई सी एशिया क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, ट्रेड टावर नेपाल, थापाथली-११, काठमाडौंमा प्राप्त भएको हुनाले उक्त बोलपत्रहरु देहाय बमोजिमको मिति, समय र स्थानमा खोलिने हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
बोलपत्र खोल्ने मिति, समय र स्थान:
मिति : २०८३ असार ४ गते बिहीबार ।
समय : बिहान ८ : ३० बजे ।
स्थान : बालुवाटार बिस्टो, दोचा मार्ग, पानीपोखरी, काठमाडौं ।
Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited had opened applications for the sale of rights shares in a 1:1 ratio. As applications were not received for a total of ४,७४,६९६ units of shares, based on prevailing laws and the provisions of Directive No. १५ of the Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines, २०७४, applications for these shares were invited through a sealed tender process from २०८३/०२/२१ to २०८३/०२/२९. Since the sealed tenders received from the respective collection centers within that period have been received by the Issue Manager: NIC ASIA Capital Limited, Trade Tower Nepal, Thapathali-११, Kathmandu, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned, stating that the tenders will be opened on the date, time, and location mentioned below.

Date : २०८३ Ashar ४, Thursday.
Time : ८:३० AM.
Location : Baluwatar Bisto, Docha Marg, Panipokhari, Kathmandu.
