नयाँ आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/०८२ को बजेट आज सार्वजनिक हुँदैBudget for Fiscal Year 2081/082 to be Announced Today
सरकारले आज आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/०८२ का लागि बजेट सार्वजनिक गर्दैछ। बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्नका लागि दिउँसो एक बजे प्रतिनिधि सभा र राष्ट्रिय सभाको संयुक्त बैठक बोलाइएको छ। बैठकअघि मन्त्रिपरिषद्को बैठक बसेर बजेट पारित गरिनेछ। अर्थमन्त्री वर्षमान पुनले १९ खर्ब रुपैयाँ हाराहारीको बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्ने तयारी गरेका छन्।
चालू आर्थिक वर्षमा सरकारले १७ खर्ब ५१ अर्ब ५१ करोड रुपैयाँको बजेट ल्याएको थियो। यस पटकको बजेटमा केही नयाँ कार्यक्रम, सुधारका योजना र निजी क्षेत्रको लगानी प्रोत्साहन गर्ने कार्यक्रम समेटिने छन्। गत वर्ष लगाइएका करमा आएको विवाद समाधान गर्न र कर कानूनहरूलाई थप व्यवस्थित गर्न नयाँ ऐनको पनि व्यवस्था गरिनेछ।
राजस्व संकलनमा वृद्धि गर्न र खर्चको प्रभावकारिता बढाउन विभिन्न उपायहरू अपनाइने छन्। यस पटकको बजेटमा केही नयाँ करको पनि व्यवस्था गरिने अपेक्षा छ।
नयाँ बजेटले कृषि, सूचना प्रविधि, रोजगारी सिर्जना र जलवायु परिवर्तनजस्ता क्षेत्रहरूमा विशेष ध्यान दिनेछ। सरकारको नीति तथा कार्यक्रम अनुसार ‘कृषिमा लगानी दशक’ कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन गर्न बजेट केन्द्रित हुनेछ।
नयाँ बजेटले देशको आर्थिक अवस्था सुधार्न, रोजगारी सिर्जना गर्न र नागरिकको जीवनस्तर उकास्न विभिन्न कार्यक्रम ल्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ। सरकारी अधिकारीहरूले बजेटलाई आर्थिक विकासका लागि महत्वपूर्ण कदमको रूपमा हेरिरहेका छन्।
आजको बजेट प्रस्तुतिले आगामी वर्षको आर्थिक दिशा निर्धारण गर्नेछ। सबै नागरिकले यसलाई ध्यानपूर्वक नियालिरहेका छन्।
The government is set to announce the budget for the fiscal year 2081/082 today. A joint session of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly has been called for 1 PM to present the budget. Prior to this, a Cabinet meeting will be held to approve the budget.
