आगामी आर्थिक वर्षको बजेट आज संसदमा पेस हुँदै, दिउँसो ३ बजे अर्थमन्त्रीको सम्बोधनBudget for Fiscal Year 2082/83 to be Presented in Parliament Today at 3 PM
काठमाडौं, जेठ १५ – उपप्रधानमन्त्री तथा अर्थमन्त्री विष्णुप्रसाद पौडेलले आज संघीय संसद्का दुवै सदनको संयुक्त बैठकमा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को राजस्व र व्ययको वार्षिक अनुमान (बजेट) प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यक्रम तय भएको छ। नेपालको संविधानको धारा ११९ अनुसार अर्थमन्त्री पौडेलले अपराह्न ३ बजे बजेट संसद्मा पेस गर्नुहुनेछ।
संसद् सचिवालयले दुवै सदनका सबै सांसदलाई दिउँसो २ः४५ बजेभित्र प्रतिनिधिसभा बैठक कक्षमा उपस्थित हुन अनुरोध गरेको छ।
बजेट प्रस्तुत हुनु अघि, दिउँसो १ः३० बजे प्रतिनिधिसभाको बैठक बस्नेछ। यस बैठकमा सभामुख देवराज घिमिरेले प्रधानमन्त्री तथा मन्त्रिपरिषद्को कार्यालयबाट प्राप्त कार्यभार थपसम्बन्धी पत्र वाचन गर्नेछन्। सोही बैठकमा अर्थमन्त्री पौडेलले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८1/०८2 को आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण पनि पेस गर्ने कार्यक्रम छ।
त्यसैगरी राष्ट्रिय सभाको बैठक अपराह्न १ः४५ मा बस्नेछ, जहाँ अर्थमन्त्री पौडेलले सोही आर्थिक वर्षको आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यक्रम सार्वजनिक गरिएको छ।
आज सार्वजनिक हुने बजेटले सरकारको आगामी नीति, कार्यक्रम र आर्थिक दृष्टिकोणलाई स्पष्ट पार्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu, Jestha 15 – Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel is scheduled to present the annual estimate of revenue and expenditure (budget) for the fiscal year 2082/83 today at 3 PM in the joint session of both houses of the Federal Parliament. As per Article 119 of the Constitution of Nepal, the Finance Minister will officially table the national budget before the parliament.
The Federal Parliament Secretariat has requested all members of both the House of Representatives and the National Assembly to be present in the meeting hall by 2:45 PM.
Before the budget session, the House of Representatives will convene at 1:30 PM. In this meeting, Speaker Devraj Ghimire will read out a letter from the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers regarding additional responsibilities. Finance Minister Paudel is also scheduled to present the Economic Survey for the fiscal year 2082/83 during this session.
Similarly, the National Assembly will meet at 1:45 PM, where the Finance Minister will present the same Economic Survey for FY 2082/83.
The budget presentation is a significant event that will outline the government’s fiscal policy, development priorities, and financial planning for the upcoming year.
