बुङ्गल हाइड्रो लिमिटेडको आईपीओ बाँडफाँड बिहीबार हुनेBungad Hydropower Limited IPO Allotment on Thursday
काठमाडौं । बुङ्गल हाइड्रो लिमिटेडको आईपीओ बाँडफाँड आउँदो बिहीबार हुने भएको छ। बिक्री प्रबन्धक हिमालयन क्यापिटलका अनुसार बिहीबार बिहान ९ बजे आईपीओ बाँडफाँड प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न गरिनेछ।
कम्पनीले भदौ १६ गतेदेखि १९ गतेसम्म आम सर्वसाधारणका लागि १७ लाख १ हजार ५ सय कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गरेको थियो। यस आईपीओमा करिब १ लाख ७० हजार १ सय ५० जनालाई मात्र शेयर प्राप्त हुने भएको छ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दा र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूलाई आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी बाँडफाँड गरिसकेको छ।
बुङ्गल हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले बझांगमा अवस्थित १०.७ मेगावाट क्षमताको सानीगाड जलविद्युत आयोजना निर्माण सम्पन्न गरी २०८० साल भदौ २ गतेदेखि व्यावसायिक उत्पादन सुरु गरिसकेको छ। कम्पनीका अध्यक्ष शिव प्रसाद घिमिरे हुन् भने अन्य सञ्चालकमा राजेश कुमार श्रेष्ठ, खगेश्वर बोहोरा, विरेन्द्र बहादुर मल्ललगायत रहेका छन्।
बुङ्गल हाइड्रो लिमिटेड एसजी ग्रुपअन्तर्गतको कम्पनी हो।
Kathmandu – The IPO allotment of Bungad Hydropower Limited is scheduled for Thursday. According to the issue manager Himalayan Capital, the allotment will take place at 9:00 AM on Thursday.
The company had issued 1,701,500 shares to the general public from Bhadra 16 to Bhadra 19. Out of the total applicants, only about 170,150 investors will receive shares in the allotment.
Earlier, the company had already issued and allotted shares to project-affected locals and Nepali citizens working abroad.
Bungad Hydropower Limited has successfully completed the construction of the 10.7 MW Sanigad Hydropower Project in Bajhang and has been in commercial operation since Bhadra 2, 2080.
The company’s chairman is Shiv Prasad Ghimire, while other board members include Rajesh Kumar Shrestha, Khageshwar Bohora, and Birendra Bahadur Malla. Bungad Hydropower Limited operates under the umbrella of the SG Group.
