बुंगल हाइड्रो लिमिटेडको आईपीओ सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुल्दैBungad Hydropower Limited to Open IPO for General Public from Bhadra 16
बुंगल हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले यही भदौ १६ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ (प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन) खुलाउने भएको छ। कम्पनीले ८३ करोड रुपैयाँको जारी पुँजीमध्ये ३५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् २९ लाख ५ हजार कित्ता साधारण सेयर प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरमा निष्काशन गर्न नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट अनुमति पाएको हो।
यसअघि पहिलो चरणमा ८ लाख ३० हजार कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित र २ लाख ७ हजार ५०० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारमा गएका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी बाँडफाँट भइसकेको छ। साथै, १ लाख ३ हजार ७५० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषलाई र ६२ हजार २५० कित्ता कम्पनीका कर्मचारीलाई सुरक्षित गरिएको छ। बाँकी १७ लाख १ हजार ५०० कित्ता शेयर भने सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिनेछ।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम २० हजार कित्तासम्मको लागि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आवेदन छिटोमा भदौ १९ गतेसम्म र ढिलोमा भदौ ३० गतेसम्म दिन सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। हालको बजारमा आईपीओमा उच्च आकर्षण देखिएकाले तोकिएकै अवधिभित्र पर्याप्त आवेदन पर्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।
यस आईपीओको धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले लिएको छ।
Bungad Hydropower Limited is set to open its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public from Bhadra 16. The company has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 2.905 million ordinary shares at a par value of NPR 100 each, representing 35% of its NPR 830 million issued capital.
Earlier, in the first phase, the company had already allotted 830,000 shares to project-affected locals and 207,500 shares to Nepali migrant workers with labor approval. Likewise, 103,750 shares were reserved for mutual funds and 62,250 shares for company employees. The remaining 1,701,500 shares will now be issued to the general public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. The application deadline is set between Bhadra 16 to Bhadra 19 (early closing) and Bhadra 30 (late closing). Given recent IPO subscription trends, it is expected that the issue will be fully subscribed within the early deadline.
Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this IPO.
