बुंगल हाइड्रो लिमिटेडले आज भदौ १६ गतेदेखि भदौ १९ गतेसम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन खुला गरेको छ। कम्पनीले जारी पूँजी ८३ करोडको ३५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँका दरले २९ लाख ५ हजार कित्ता शेयर निष्काशन गर्न नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट अनुमति पाएको हो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले पहिलो चरणमा ८ लाख ३० हजार कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावितका लागि र २ लाख ७ हजार ५०० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ। त्यसपछि १ लाख ३ हजार ७५० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोष र ६२ हजार २५० कित्ता कम्पनीका कर्मचारीका लागि सुरक्षित गरिएको छ। बाँकी १७ लाख १ हजार ५०० कित्ता शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिएको हो।
उक्त आईपीओमा १ लाख ७० हजार १ सय ५० जनाले न्यूनतम १०–१० कित्ताका दरले पाउनेछन्। धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी हिमालयन क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले लिएको छ।
Bungol Hydro Limited has opened its Initial Public Offering (IPO) for the general public from today, Bhadra 16, until Bhadra 19. The company received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 29,05,000 shares, equivalent to 35% of its issued capital of NPR 830 million, at a face value of NPR 100 per share.
In the earlier phase, the company had already allocated 830,000 shares to project-affected locals and 207,500 shares to Nepali citizens working abroad with labor approval. Additionally, 103,750 shares have been reserved for mutual funds and 62,250 shares for the company’s employees. The remaining 1,701,500 shares are now available for the general public.
Through this IPO, a total of 170,150 applicants will receive a minimum of 10 shares each. Himalayan Capital Limited is managing the issue as the share issuance and sales manager.
